The hotel is modern and fairly clean with top-class and helpful staff. The room is beautifully maintained and well-stocked with a single king bed. The location is amazing, just 1 mile from El San Juan Casino. The service is excellent and includes paid parking.

The ONLY thing that was discomfort was the air went in and out was very uncomfortable especially at night but once I brought it to their attention they took care of it even dismissing my parking pass.Thank you I'm very Grateful my vacation there in Puerto Rico beach front was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!

I chose Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort primarily for its close proximity to the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the on-site dining experiences. Bananas Ice Cream Parlor offered delicious tropical ice cream in a relaxed atmosphere, and the food delivery in TO GO containers made it convenient to enjoy meals in my room.

Called the Hotel 3 times(during reservation, 1 week before arrival, 3 days before arrival) to ask early check in. Every time they said sure no problem. When I arrive to the hotel they said they don't have any room. They made us to pay double for a suit which is not worth it. If you are looking for early check in look for another hotel..
